Able Winery
Able Winery is a small winery that makes award-winning white wines from Danish apples.
The Danish climate gives Danish apples a unique flavour, making them some of the best in the world. They are delightfully crisp and juicy with a great aroma and delicious acidity.
Able Winery manages to transfer all these qualities to the wines under the motto "We bottle the flavour of Denmark."
The wines are similar in flavour and character to Alsace wines and go well with fish, shellfish, cheese and light meat dishes.
Able Winery focuses on sustainability and minimising food waste, and not least the use of Danish apples of high taste character.
In the farm shop you can buy local Danish white wines based on Danish apples. Our wines are crisp, fresh and aromatic, and go great with fish, shellfish, cheese and light meat dishes. They are also an excellent complement to sun-ripened Danish strawberries and seasonal Danish vegetables.
