At the top of the hotel you'll find restaurant and rooftop bar Tramonto, which combines delicious food with a stunning 360-degree view of the Carlsberg City. You can sit by the hop garden and outdoor fireplace or choose an indoor table in the cozy restaurant.

The menu is filled with all the best of Italian cuisine and you can choose your own menu from a selection of primi, secondi and dolci. The restaurant also has an extensive wine list and bartenders who can mix up any cocktail you want. And of course, you can combine your drinks with all kinds of delicious Italian snacks.
